Not even slightly — that's exactly who this is for. Build it yourself with a few simple questions and a live preview, or ask us to build it and we'll do the lot. Either way you get a simple editor where you click what you want to change and type.
How fast can my website be live?
If you build it yourself, about ten minutes — publish whenever you're ready. If we build it for you, usually within a couple of days of our call. Gathering your photos and wording is the slow part.
Should I build it myself or have you do it?
Whichever suits you — the price is the same. Building it yourself is quickest. If you'd rather not, leave your details and we'll build a first draft for you to approve. We'll call you the same working day, weekdays, if you ask before 3pm. Ask after 3pm or at the weekend and we'll call you the next working day.
Can I change things myself later?
Yes — everything. Words, photos, prices, services, opening hours, colours, even the whole design: try as many designs as you like before you publish, and switch to a new one free once a year after that. And if you'd rather we made the changes for you, just ask.
What does it cost?
£39 a month including VAT, or £390 for the full year — which works out to £32.50/month and saves you £78. That's for the whole business, however many staff. Free to build and preview; you only pay when you publish. No setup fee, no commission on bookings, no contract. Hosting, security, support and your domain are included. You get one free switch to a new design each year; any more in the same year are £49 each. Cancel any time.
What if it's not right for me?
Tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — monthly or yearly, no questions asked. And there's no contract, so you can cancel any time after that too.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays up until the end of the period you've paid for, then for 14 more days in case you change your mind. Then it's paused — never deleted. Re-subscribe and it comes back exactly as it was. Want it deleted? Delete your account from your dashboard, or ask us and we'll delete it for you.
